Abundant Alternatives LLC provides CPR Certification Classes, AED CPR Training,  and First Aid Training on a regular schedule. We also offer BLS Training (American Heart Association) for health care providers. Register now to complete your OSHA standard Bloodborne Pathogen Training Certificate. We train individuals and groups at our Forest City, NC location or we are happy to come to your location.

The Basic Life Support Class (AHA) teaches rescuers to effectively recognize and treat adult emergencies in the critical first minutes until emergency medical services personnel arrive.


Students will learn both single-rescuer and team basic life support for adults, children and infants through 5, interactive exercises, scenarios, and a written test. 


Students learn how to recognize life-threatening emergencies, provide high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilation and provide early use of an AED. Course also teaches relief of choking.


The course provides a complete health and safety training solution adult CPR, and AED for the heath care provider.

Certification cards are issued at completion of course.

Updated to reflect updates to the Occupational Exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens Standard (29CFR 1910.1030), which is published by the U.S. Occup

Training for Bloodborne Pathogens Online is a comprehensive eLearning program that teaches employees how to protect themselves and others from being exposed to blood or blood-containing materials.

Course is complete after finishing both Part 1 and Part 2 of the course.

Blended - First Aid - Two Parts - Part 1 Virtual and Part 2 In person (Class Time 45 - 60 minutes)


Part 1 - The American Heart Association First Aid for Healthcare Provider Certification Blended Course offers convenience with a Virtual (On the AHA Website) Key that participants can complete at work, or home, at their own pace.


Part 2 - Once the course is completed, the participant meets for the scheduled certification time (lunch hour/after work) at your office for a skills testing session, to demonstrate their First Aid/CPR and AED Skills. The Key offers participants clear, easy to view videos, instructional updates, with a quick skills check out.

We Come to You

Training is available 7 days a week and we come to you for onsite group training.  We can handle groups as small as 6.  We can provide AED CPR training classes, First Aid training, OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Training Certificate and Bleeding Control onsite for your group.

Our American Heart Association training meets State, Federal, OSHA and insurance requirements.  Our on-site and group training classes offer flexible schedules including daytime, night and weekend hours  for healthcare providers. We provide onsite and group Basic Life Support training for the healthcare provider. 


Onsite group training is great for small medical offices, mutli-location offices, colleges, trade schools and Hospitals.


We help you care for your employees with group first responder training.  Our workplace safety training helps you make sure everyone onsite is safe.  With our group and onsite training at your workplace, we can accommodate your training needs.
